Turn The Tables: The Monumental Need To Save DEI Programs

We Must Save DEI Programs

What is DEI

We need to save DEI programs. Disagree?

Think you know what DEI is?

If you're opposed to DEI programs then please keep reading. Alternatively watch the video below. When you find out what DEI programs actually do it will shock you.

DEI, or diversity, equity, and inclusion is a big political issue. Some on the right are twisting those initials into a pejorative set of letters. They are creating an untrue narrative about DEI.

What DEI is, and what it isn't, is lost. It's just a way to attack people now. So, let's clear up some important things up about why we need to save DEI.

Do DEI Programs Discriminate Against White People?

Do DEI Programs discriminate against white people? No.

First, DEI programs do help Black and Brown people. However, they don't help them get jobs over "more qualified" white candidates.

Yes, the D in DEI stands for Diversity. However, the idea that more qualified candidates are passed over isn't true.

In a study for by the Dept. of Labor, Rutgers University found that only 3% of workplace discrimination cases comes from white men. Also, they found a significant amount to be "without merit."

Additionally, diversity programs follow strict laws that are narrowed more and more over time. It's impossible to discriminate against people in the majority if you follow DEI laws and rules.

Nobody more qualified is passed over. However, a lot of less qualified people struggle to see women and people of color as their equals.

Thus, when someone who is less qualified, but feels disserving of job, isn't hired they get mad. If a person of color or a woman was hired instead they will unconsciously or consciously conclude that they were discriminated against.

As a result, they overlook their own faults. Instead, they focus on the race, gender, etc. of the person chosen over them.

Why Saving DEI Programs Should Matter To You

Even if you feel that a less qualified person was chosen over you, (see above), DEI programs benefit far more people than you know.

Who Benefits from DEI Programs

In addition to women and minorities, often focused on negatively, when discussing who benefits from DEI Programs, there are a lot more people than you might know about. Read about some of the people who benefit below.

Veterans Benefit from DEI

First, veterans receive a lot of benefits from DEI programs. Watch my video below. In the video I discuss how vets are given priority in Federal and many state jobs.

Additionally, there are corporate programs who interview veterans to ensure they're providing opportunities to those who served in the US Military.

People with Disabilities Benefit from DEI

People with disabilities benefit from DEI. DEI programs are critical to helping people with disabilities. DEI ensures they can work and enjoy a better life.

In the past even people with mild disabilities were institutionalized. Today, people are integrated into society. As a result, we have people working today who otherwise would rely on disability payments.

Religious People Benefit from DEI

Are you Christian, Jewish, or otherwise religious? And you're opposed to DEI? All three topics are found in the Christian Bible. Plus, their importance and worthiness are also mentioned.

Other than being directly discussed in religious texts, DEI directly benefits religious people. Without DEI protections Christians could be compelled to work on Christmas and Easter. They'd have no grounds for a lawsuit without the benefits of DEI. So, if you care about religious freedom you should act to save DEI programs.

We Must Save DEI Programs

There are a lot of people who benefit from DEI. However, no matter if you benefit or not, DEI programs help people you know and care about.

Therefore, please join us in calling for protection for DEI programs. We must save DEI. These programs are essential to the rights of all Americans.
