Just a quick update on our natural building progress. The lot we have a contract on is buildable! This means as long as the title is clear and the price (which is based on back-taxes owed since the 1980s) is where we need it to be!
This bit of odd-shaped land is .6 acres and faces solar south so it’s perfect for what we want to do! The area to the top of the slope (the north) is higher is elevation from the bottom of the lot. It’s the perfect size for a modest home and a great garden full of plants. Look for more natural building progress in future updates!
